This workshop is geared to Board of Directors and Executive Directors for all nonprofits. It will be an overview of the components of a strategic plan for nonprofits and how to customize a strategic plan to the reality of their organization and the reality they can have for their future. Strategic Plans are living documents to be utilized daily, reviewed at each board meeting and incorporated in all board and staff decision making. Tips and tools will be provided on how this all comes together to create a successful implementation that increases capacity and funding.
